OMG what an exciting night!!!! So I was reading up on fire bellied toads on line today and I found there is a way to determine the sex of the frogs. They say you can tell by the back feet. So, if what they say is right, then Sarah and Sister are males, and mom and Annie are the females! So i'm pretty pschyed about that!!! Hopefully they start having babies soon!!!!!!
So then I thought sister was having seizure when I came home. She was all spastic and just doing wierd things. WELL, as I took my normal seat to stare, I realized she was puffing herself up to shed her skin!!! Just like snakes do!!! OMG it was really cool, and gross!!! I mean, she was really huge and then kind of pulling at her skin! Then was eating it! lol okay that part is a little gross but it was just reallly cool!!!
Then over the weekend I bought a light, well, not realizing the plastic on top, yep, melted some of it! So i'll have to rig it a different way! lol
Anyway, exciting night at the Frog house!!!!

OK now Sarah and Sister are males right?? You MUST change those names, I think Sam and Brother are good names, dont you? LOLOL
ewwww about the skin shedding thing..
when out hermit crabs molt they eat the old skin too. it is actually good for them, but yea, ewww.
